The TSI Two-Piece Taper Screw implant has the same simple drilling procedure and Dual Stabilizing body design as the ISI Complete® One-Piece immediate load implant, but is available with a range of prosthetic options to your specific implant needs. Whether you want to send your patient home with a tooth that day or have the implants unloaded with healing cuffs during a conventional healing period, the TSI is designed to accommodate immediate loading, delayed loading, and one or two-stage surgical options. Can your existing two-piece implant offer the same performance?
Prosthetic Options The TSI's rock solid performance isn't just a result of the implant's dual stabilizing body design, but is also attributed to the multiple prosthetic abutment options available for the implant. The TSI's abutment options are limitless: whether you need a solid-fixed taper abutment; or a shielded or non-shielded (straight or offset) abutment with indexing features for direct or indirect restoration. The TSI's Prosthetic solutions are abundant and they eliminate the need for costly custom abutments.

Immediate Load
Immediate loading is not the act of forcing a larger implant into a smaller hole, which is a common practice utilized by some of our competitors in their placement procedures. OCO Biomedical's implants use a specially designed osteotomy former to enhance stability at the collar and tip of the implant. Combined with an aggressive, self tapping, dual stabilizing body design, the TSI can be predictably immediately loaded. Dual Stabilization® - a system developed by our own Dr. David D'Alise over a period of more than 20 years that has boasted an exceptional reported success rate for seven years – is changing the industry's understanding of immediate load implants.
Dual Stabilization: The Bull Nose Auger™ tip and Mini-Cortic-O Thread
The TSI has a self tapping implant body that bio-mechanically resists lateral occlusal forces on the abutment through Dual Stabilization® at the tip and collar of the implant. The patent pending Bull Nose Auger™ tip condenses and mechanically locks into the bone. After the Bull Nose Auger™ tip bottoms out; the extra half turn pulls bone up around the tip, putting tension on the condensed bone and promoting bone growth. Combined with the locking action of the Mini Cortic-O Thread® at the collar, Dual Stabilization® is established, enhancing osseointegration. In comparison, our competitors' much smaller final drills, combined with their rounded or drill-like tips put pressure and no stabilization at the apex, and can sometimes cause bone break down or necrosis around the implant body.
With so many clear advantages, isn't it time you choose an immediate load implant with the Next Generation in Dental Implant Technology?
