The ERI’s low profile titanium nitride Embedded Tapered Platform™ camouflages itself under the gingiva (and eliminates grey titanium bleed through). Placed at the “proven confidence level” (slightly above bone level), the Embedded Tapered Platform™ eliminates bone loss and compensates for uneven crestal bone.

Dual Stabilization™ Technology

The ERI’s self-tapping implant body is the same as the proven ISI Complete® one-piece and TSI two-piece implants. The ERI maximizes thread to bone fixation and is stabilized at the tip and collar through Dual Stabilization®, a unique design feature that allows for immediate loading.

Dual Stabilization® is established when the implant is torqued at placement; the ERI’s patented Bull Nose Auger™ tip bottoms out, the extra half turn pulls bone up around the tip creating tension on the bone; tension on bone stimulates bone growth. The mini Cortic-O Thread® locks into the cortical bone at the crest of the ridge, thereby completing the biomechanical lock and achieving Dual Stabilization®. The abutment is resistant to normal, lateral occlusal forces because of this biomechanical lock.
