This session focuses on foundational and advanced surgical techniques to prepare sites for successful implant placement. Participants will learn conservative tooth extraction methods to preserve bone, as well as bone leveling, alveoloplasty, and tori removal protocols. The course covers socket grafting for 3-wall defects and guided bone regeneration (RBG) techniques for horizontal and vertical augmentation—both before and during implant placement. Attendees will explore the use of resorbable membranes, structural graft materials, and PRF. The session also includes sinus lift procedures and hands-on grafting practice using pig jaws or cadaver heads, supported by Maxxeus.

• Conservative Extraction Techniques including instrumentation, tooth sectioning, gaining purchase on fractured teeth, minimal bone removal techniques.
• Bone Leveling to create stable implant platforms
